Processes payroll for assigned clients, including payroll cycles, time and attendance, PTO, employee changes, deductions, off-cycle checks, compliance reports, tax notices, and year-end W-2 support. Manages EDI implementations for clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams from scoping through testing, go-live, and post-launch support. Manages secure SFTP connections, ensures HIPAA compliance and data integrity, gathers requirements from clients and vendors, and participates in testing and deployment. The role also maintains technical documentation, supports audits, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners. Regular on-site attendance is required, with domestic travel up to 25%.
