Leads customer implementations and consulting projects for PrismHR’s payroll, benefits, and HR software. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, advising customers on technical and industry best practices, managing multiple projects, maintaining project documentation, designing complex processes and merges, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, and delivering customer presentations. The role requires substantial PEO, ASO, staffing, payroll, and implementation software experience, along with strong communication, problem-solving, workflow documentation, and project management skills.

Provides front-line support to payroll software licensees through Salesforce, phone, and virtual meetings. Manages cases from intake through resolution, troubleshoots payroll, tax, ACH, billing, and application issues, documents findings, communicates proactively, escalates complex problems, and collaborates with internal teams. The role also contributes to process improvements, knowledge sharing, training, and team performance goals.

Supports sales and customer success teams by delivering customized PrismHR product demonstrations to SMB prospects and clients. Maintains demo environments, scripts, and content; prepares RFP responses; collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales; tracks market and competitor information; and presents product value in remote and onsite settings. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and knowledge of HCM, payroll, benefits, recruitment, or time-and-attendance software.

Write and manage user stories and backlogs using Jira/Azure DevOps, collaborate with distributed development teams, lead platform initiatives, produce technical and end-user documentation, and apply technical expertise in C#, .NET, API development, SQL Server, and API testing tools to support delivery.

Design, develop and deliver full-stack web (and desktop) applications. Collaborate with designers and engineers, build scalable services/microservices, design databases, optimize cloud-hosted solutions, and translate ideas into user stories through implementation and testing.

Process payroll for a national client base: enter client data, review timesheets, import payroll information, assist quality assurance, resolve client/employee payroll issues, and learn payroll software (Prism).

Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance for PEO clients: research tax law, process and reconcile tax payments and returns, resolve notices, support audits, and provide client service and case management updates.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision. Preprocess and structure large datasets, implement scalable production deployments, monitor model performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features while researching and applying best practices.

Design, build, test, and maintain customer-facing software. Gather requirements with product teams, create solution designs, enforce coding standards, perform code and security reviews, run integration testing, and implement DevOps procedures.

Design, develop, and optimize performance-critical Python applications using Cython and C/C++. Profile and refactor code, integrate C/C++ libraries, implement low-level memory management, and apply SIMD and multi-core optimizations. Collaborate with data scientists, maintain tests and documentation, and participate in code reviews to deliver high-performance data processing systems.

Lead QA across multiple products by designing and executing manual and automated tests, building/maintaining automation scripts (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress), performing functional/regression/integration/performance/security testing, tracking defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps, mentoring junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and improving QA processes and tooling.

Responsible for federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance for PEO clients: research tax issues, prepare and file payroll tax returns and payments, reconcile accounts, resolve tax notices, coordinate with internal teams, maintain tax knowledge, and provide client support.

Provide L3 technical support for an HRMS web application, troubleshoot and fix SQL Server-related issues, escalate development bugs with case details, collaborate with development and operations, work US shift hours, and sign a two-year service agreement.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for the flagship payroll platform. Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Support, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into prioritized backlogs, drive UAT and readiness for development, oversee go-to-market planning, and maintain a 12-month roadmap while monitoring payroll trends and competitor differentiation.

Design, edit, and manage e-learning content for PrismHR/PrismHCM and acquired platforms. Create quizzes and knowledge checks, edit video, publish Articulate 360 courses, administer the LMS, provide troubleshooting and stakeholder training, and contribute to team reviews, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Support client-facing payroll team by processing payroll for clients nationwide, entering client data, reviewing timesheets, importing payroll information, assisting with QA, resolving payroll issues, and learning Prism payroll software.

Design, develop, and support client-facing PrismHR HCM SaaS applications.
