Support and lead quality engineering activities for automotive filter products: manage APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, audits, supplier quality, root-cause investigations (5-Why, 8-D), and ensure ISO/TS16949 and customer-specific requirements are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.

Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, own payroll system, ensure compliance and controls, support HRIS, partner with Finance, lead process improvements, and provide employee support for payroll and benefits.

Manage key national accounts across a five-state region: build relationships, solicit new products and business, support changeovers, provide product/technical support, prepare Power BI/Excel reports, attend trade shows/events, perform installer ride-alongs, and drive revenue growth. Extensive travel required (~10 nights/month).

Manage and grow key national accounts in a territory through relationship-building, new product solicitation, sales support, reporting (Excel/Power BI), trade show participation, store set-ups, and regular travel to support installers and customers.

Support procurement and inventory optimization activities: communicate with vendors, manage assigned purchasing categories, maintain ERP purchasing and inventory records, assist with new item and supplier setup, prepare KPI metrics and supplier scorecards, coordinate with receiving/operations to resolve inventory issues and support supplier performance reviews.

Fill customer orders using pick lists, pick/pack and stage products for shipment, operate material-handling equipment, meet daily productivity and quality standards, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, month-end journal entries, AR/revenue accounting and variance analysis. Support AP, benefits, intercompany accounting and ERP-related tasks. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, assist audits, coordinate royalty reporting, resolve discrepancies with other departments, maintain task lists, and support system changes and ad-hoc projects.

Serve as on-site HR resource supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, workers' compensation, OSHA recordkeeping, leave administration, HRIS/timekeeping, and employee engagement initiatives for a distribution facility.
