Coordinates outgoing LTL shipments, freight loading and unloading, trailer swaps, pallet staging, shipment closeout, and loading quality. Ensures pallets are accounted for, cut times are met, and freight is placed correctly. Assists supervisors with dock operations and must operate a forklift. Requires effective communication, attention to detail, warehouse distribution experience or equivalent education, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Provides Tier 1 and 2 technical support, resolves escalated hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, and systems issues, and assists with account, device, deployment, and security administration. Supports external ViAQ customers and administers Zendesk workflows, automation, channels, documentation, and reporting. Builds Power BI dashboards and operational reports, analyzes trends, partners with data and operations teams, maintains knowledge bases and SOPs, and supports compliance and governance initiatives.

Manage daily needs of key national accounts, build customer relationships, drive new business and product introductions, provide technical support, coordinate changeovers and orders, analyze territory sales and inventory reports, support trade shows and customer events, assist with store setups, and participate in installer sales calls. The position is home-based but requires extensive driving and air travel, including approximately 10 nights of travel per month.

Provides account and logistics support for strategic automotive aftermarket customers. Coordinates delivery appointments, purchase orders, shipments, carriers, distribution centers, returns, and chargeback resolution. Monitors fulfillment and delivery performance, communicates status updates, resolves transportation issues, maintains accurate shipment records, and collaborates with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, warehouses, and customer contacts to ensure service quality and account continuity.

Operate, set up, and maintain presses, welders, parts washers and related tooling to produce fabricated parts. Perform machine changeovers, quality checks using calipers/micrometers, TPM/preventive maintenance, material handling, paperwork (PPRs, production tickets), and parts washer chemical/temperature control. Follow safety, LOTO, PPE, and environmental procedures; perform housekeeping and other assigned duties.

Administers the MasterControl documentation system, including document workflows, approvals, training routes, system troubleshooting, and version control. Coordinates development and distribution of work instructions and visual aids, removes obsolete documents, standardizes forms, supports internal audits, and maintains record-retention processes compliant with IATF 16949 and customer standards.

Support and lead quality engineering activities for automotive filter products: manage APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, audits, supplier quality, root-cause investigations (5-Why, 8-D), and ensure ISO/TS16949 and customer-specific requirements are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.

Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, own payroll system, ensure compliance and controls, support HRIS, partner with Finance, lead process improvements, and provide employee support for payroll and benefits.

Lead daily operations at an air filter manufacturing plant to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Manage staffing, budgets, training, performance, and process improvements using manufacturing/quality systems (Lean, Six Sigma, IATF). Enforce policies and support EH&S.

Fill customer orders using pick lists, pick/pack and stage products for shipment, operate material-handling equipment, meet daily productivity and quality standards, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, month-end journal entries, AR/revenue accounting and variance analysis. Support AP, benefits, intercompany accounting and ERP-related tasks. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, assist audits, coordinate royalty reporting, resolve discrepancies with other departments, maintain task lists, and support system changes and ad-hoc projects.
