Supports category strategy through sales, market, pricing, assortment, and product performance analysis. Maintains dashboards, evaluates SKU productivity and product lifecycles, supports new product launches, and translates automotive market and vehicle demand data into actionable recommendations. Collaborates with product management, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams on category initiatives, business reviews, and planning activities.

Monitors and analyzes Warehouse Management System workflows to prioritize inbound and outbound work, develop daily and weekly plans, and maximize workforce efficiency. Executes operational workflows, communicates work requirements, investigates issues, evaluates process improvements, supports software upgrades, and coordinates with internal and external parties on WMS support and projects.

Manage daily needs and relationships for key national accounts, drive new business and product introductions, provide product and technical support, analyze territory sales and inventory reports, and support customer events, store openings, installer sales calls, and product issue resolution. The home-based role requires extensive driving and air travel, approximately 10 nights monthly.

Manage day-to-day needs for a portfolio of major customer accounts, including purchase order processing, order tracking, and follow-up. Coordinate with sales managers and distribution facilities on supply requirements, lead customer feedback initiatives, resolve issues internally, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded through organized, timely service.

Provides technical leadership and hands-on development for enterprise software solutions, including applications, APIs, integrations, testing, deployment, architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. Leads internal and offshore developers, mentors team members, establishes engineering standards, collaborates with business and IT stakeholders, and supports modernization, automation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and performance improvements.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with senior and functional leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve profitability and working capital, and support strategic decisions. Owns the evolution of business intelligence and management reporting, including Power BI dashboards, standardized metrics, and automated reporting. Manages and develops FP&A team members.

Provides account and logistics support for strategic automotive aftermarket customers. Coordinates delivery appointments, purchase orders, shipments, carriers, distribution centers, returns, and chargeback resolution. Monitors fulfillment and delivery performance, communicates status updates, resolves transportation issues, maintains accurate shipment records, and collaborates with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, warehouses, and customer contacts to ensure service quality and account continuity.

Support and lead quality engineering activities for automotive filter products: manage APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, audits, supplier quality, root-cause investigations (5-Why, 8-D), and ensure ISO/TS16949 and customer-specific requirements are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.

Fill customer orders using pick lists, pick/pack and stage products for shipment, operate material-handling equipment, meet daily productivity and quality standards, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, month-end journal entries, AR/revenue accounting and variance analysis. Support AP, benefits, intercompany accounting and ERP-related tasks. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, assist audits, coordinate royalty reporting, resolve discrepancies with other departments, maintain task lists, and support system changes and ad-hoc projects.
