Primary on-site HR resource executing day-to-day HR operations: payroll support, benefits administration, employee relations and investigations, staffing and onboarding, workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, compliance, and employee engagement across multiple shifts.

Support product development and launches by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring market and customer feedback, producing performance and forecast reports, managing OE sample procurement, maintaining product databases, and assisting sourcing, quoting, and cost analysis to drive data-informed product decisions.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, month-end journal entries, AR/revenue accounting and variance analysis. Support AP, benefits, intercompany accounting and ERP-related tasks. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, assist audits, coordinate royalty reporting, resolve discrepancies with other departments, maintain task lists, and support system changes and ad-hoc projects.

Set up, operate, adjust, inspect, troubleshoot and repair production/process equipment. Perform changeovers, preventive maintenance (PM/TPM), record production/maintenance data, train team members, and ensure safety, quality, and uptime in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Fill customer orders using pick lists, pick/pack and stage products for shipment, operate material-handling equipment, meet daily productivity and quality standards, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Fill customer orders using pick tickets, stage and pack completed orders, operate handling equipment, and meet daily productivity and quality standards. Work under supervision, follow written and verbal instructions, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or moving packages for up to 10-hour shifts.

Manage design, administration, and improvement of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. Own payroll system and processing, ensure compliance, lead compensation planning and benchmarking, oversee benefits enrollment and leave administration, train HR generalists, partner with Finance, maintain policies and controls, and drive continuous improvement in total rewards programs.

Operate, set up, and maintain mechanical and hydraulic presses, welders, parts washers and related tooling to produce fabricated parts. Read prints and work instructions, perform quality checks using calipers and micrometers, complete production paperwork, perform basic preventive maintenance, handle materials, follow safety/Lockout-Tagout and environmental procedures, and work shifts/overtime as required.

Set up, operate, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain fabrication process equipment. Perform changeovers, inspections, basic electrical maintenance, tooling preparation, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement using PM/TPM and predictive techniques. Train team members, ensure safety, and support production schedules across assigned shifts.
