Manage day-to-day needs for a portfolio of major customer accounts, including purchase order processing, order tracking, and follow-up. Coordinate with sales managers and distribution facilities on supply requirements, lead customer feedback initiatives, resolve issues internally, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded through organized, timely service.

Analyze Warehouse Management System data, prioritize inbound and outbound workflows, develop daily and weekly work plans, execute operational workflows, communicate work assignments, resolve workflow issues, evaluate process efficiency, and support WMS upgrades and projects while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Fills customer orders using pick tickets, verifies order accuracy and completeness, stages products with handling equipment, packs warehouse orders, and meets daily productivity and quality standards. Works under supervisor and team-lead direction in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Requires lifting and transporting products up to 50 pounds, with extended standing, bending, and movement during shifts of up to 10 hours.

Provides Tier 1 IT support across corporate, warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing environments. Troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, networking, accounts, VPN, and business applications. Manages tickets, onboarding and offboarding, equipment deployment, asset records, password resets, and user education. Escalates complex issues, supports security initiatives, and assists with technology deployments, maintenance, office moves, and IT projects.

Provides technical leadership and hands-on development for enterprise software solutions, including applications, APIs, integrations, testing, deployment, architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. Leads internal and offshore developers, mentors team members, establishes engineering standards, collaborates with business and IT stakeholders, and supports modernization, automation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and performance improvements.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with senior and functional leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve profitability and working capital, and support strategic decisions. Owns the evolution of business intelligence and management reporting, including Power BI dashboards, standardized metrics, and automated reporting. Manages and develops FP&A team members.

Coordinates outgoing LTL shipments, freight loading and unloading, trailer swaps, pallet staging, shipment closeout, and loading quality. Ensures pallets are accounted for, cut times are met, and freight is placed correctly. Assists supervisors with dock operations and must operate a forklift. Requires effective communication, attention to detail, warehouse distribution experience or equivalent education, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Provides account and logistics support for strategic automotive aftermarket customers. Coordinates delivery appointments, purchase orders, shipments, carriers, distribution centers, returns, and chargeback resolution. Monitors fulfillment and delivery performance, communicates status updates, resolves transportation issues, maintains accurate shipment records, and collaborates with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, warehouses, and customer contacts to ensure service quality and account continuity.

Support and lead quality engineering activities for automotive filter products: manage APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, control plans, audits, supplier quality, root-cause investigations (5-Why, 8-D), and ensure ISO/TS16949 and customer-specific requirements are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.

Lead daily operations at an air filter manufacturing plant to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Manage staffing, budgets, training, performance, and process improvements using manufacturing/quality systems (Lean, Six Sigma, IATF). Enforce policies and support EH&S.

Fill customer orders using pick lists, pick/pack and stage products for shipment, operate material-handling equipment, meet daily productivity and quality standards, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, month-end journal entries, AR/revenue accounting and variance analysis. Support AP, benefits, intercompany accounting and ERP-related tasks. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, assist audits, coordinate royalty reporting, resolve discrepancies with other departments, maintain task lists, and support system changes and ad-hoc projects.
