Design, support, and improve electrical systems, controls, and manufacturing equipment. Develop PLC programs, create and maintain electrical schematics and CAD prints, estimate project costs and order materials, support machine installation/startup/debugging, provide preventative maintenance and power distribution, train shop personnel, ensure code and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.

Serve as on-site HR resource supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, workers' compensation, OSHA recordkeeping, leave administration, HRIS/timekeeping, and employee engagement initiatives for a distribution facility.

Manage and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and network devices; administer Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services; deploy and manage endpoints with Intune and Autopilot. Troubleshoot Tier II/III issues, support ERP and EDI connectivity, monitor performance, maintain backups/disaster recovery, and create technical documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and assist with security remediation.
