Manage day-to-day needs for a portfolio of major customer accounts, including purchase order processing, order tracking, and follow-up. Coordinate with sales managers and distribution facilities on supply requirements, lead customer feedback initiatives, resolve issues internally, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded through organized, timely service.

Analyze Warehouse Management System data, prioritize inbound and outbound workflows, develop daily and weekly work plans, execute operational workflows, communicate work assignments, resolve workflow issues, evaluate process efficiency, and support WMS upgrades and projects while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Fills customer orders using pick tickets, verifies order accuracy and completeness, stages products with handling equipment, packs warehouse orders, and meets daily productivity and quality standards. Works under supervisor and team-lead direction in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Requires lifting and transporting products up to 50 pounds, with extended standing, bending, and movement during shifts of up to 10 hours.
