Develops, maintains, validates, and explains manufacturing reports and analytics. Monitors data integrity as new data characteristics emerge, fulfills reporting requests, identifies discrepancies, and communicates insights in a user-friendly manner to management and internal customers. The role requires work in warehouse and office environments, including frequent lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive movements.

Owns the full lifecycle of energy storage or power generation products, from strategy and roadmap development through commercialization. Responsibilities include product requirements, customer discovery, pricing, financial performance, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, industry engagement, and lifecycle optimization. The role coordinates Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, EPC, Regulatory, and Compliance teams while engaging utilities, developers, and customers. It is hybrid with occasional travel and flexible hours across U.S. time zones.

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies, advise departments and executives, and create content for intranet, social media, email, video, news, and presentations. Support public relations and emergency communications, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, manage company accounts, organize events, and provide copywriting and editing. Design, build, and operate end-to-end ELT data pipelines on Azure/Databricks. Implement DLT data quality checks, CDC, schema evolution, dimensional models for Power BI, monitoring, CI/CD, and operational runbooks while partnering with architects and BI stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations including procurement, sourcing, supplier quality, materials planning, and inbound logistics. Build scalable systems and teams, negotiate major supplier contracts, drive cost reduction, improve supplier performance, ensure production readiness, and support service/field operations and NPI. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Service to enable growth and operational excellence.

Drive sales growth for commercial, industrial, and municipal accounts in Florida by identifying, qualifying, and closing complex energy resiliency projects (microgrids, solar, storage, fuel cells). Manage strategic accounts, develop client relationships from site to C-level, coordinate value-chain partners, lead proposal development, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and services to meet revenue and margin goals.

Design and verify electrical/control systems (LV, MV, DC) for manufactured products using AutoCAD Electrical and related tools. Create schematics, BOMs, wire/conduit schedules, review drawings, coordinate with engineering, SCADA/systems teams, ensure compliance with UL/NEC/NFPA 79, support manufacturing, and drive cost-reduction and schedule adherence.

Leads development and maintenance of shop floor production schedules, balancing plant capacity, material availability, labor, maintenance, and customer demand. Supervises and mentors a small scheduling team, delegates work, monitors scheduling KPIs, resolves bottlenecks, and drives process improvements. Uses IFS or SAP ERP and Excel to analyze demand, forecast requirements, report performance, and support manufacturing schedule changes in an engineer-to-order environment.

Provide legal counsel and contract support for unregulated business subsidiaries, including drafting and negotiating commercial and energy contracts, managing legal teams, assisting project development and joint ventures, overseeing compliance, and supporting litigation and board/internal governance matters.

Provides technical support to sales during pre-sale project development, including scope definition, costing, application analysis, concept drawings, estimating, and customer design alignment. Supports awarded projects as a technical resource within project management. Reviews specifications, manages technical requirements and vendor quotes, contributes to microgrid and power-system design, leads customer meetings, and coordinates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and clients. Requires balancing multiple projects, documentation, ERP tasks, and limited travel.

Design electrical controls and power distribution for manufactured products, produce schematics, control panel layouts and BOMs, ensure code compliance (UL/NEC/NFPA79), mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, support manufacturing builds and PDM/Vault documentation.

Develops and maintains a capacity-constrained Shop Floor Schedule using production demand, materials, labor capacity, and project priorities. Coordinates with manufacturing engineering, purchasing, material analysts, and shop-floor leadership to balance work-center loading, improve production efficiency, reduce downtime and changeovers, and achieve on-time shipment targets. Monitors production performance, maintains scheduling and on-time completion KPIs, updates routing estimates and bills of material, and resolves risks affecting customer delivery commitments.

Manage multiple manufacturing projects across product development, upgrades, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives. Plan, execute, monitor budgets/schedules, track KPIs, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and report status to stakeholders while coordinating resources and fostering team collaboration.

Provides electrical engineering support for pre-sale project development, including scope definition, costing, application analysis, concept drawings, estimating, and client design alignment. Serves as a technical liaison among sales, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers. Supports post-sale project management, utility interconnection processes, technical reviews, customer meetings, vendor quoting, and delivery of turnkey, equipment-only, and specialty power projects.

Leads three or more manufacturing work centers, overseeing safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and operational discipline. Manages production personnel, analyzes performance data, drives Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, applies CAPA practices, and leads cross-functional manufacturing projects. Ensures adherence to manufacturing instructions, coordinates with HR and Engineering, communicates risks and performance to plant leadership, and supports workforce development and production scheduling.

Lead sourcing strategy for raw materials, fabricated and machined components. Qualify and develop suppliers, perform supplier audits, negotiate master supply agreements, manage RFQ/RFP processes, monitor KPIs, mitigate supply risk, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations, and support cost-out and inventory strategies in a vertically integrated manufacturing environment.

Provide operational and systems support for talent acquisition and onboarding: manage ATS requisitions and postings, coordinate candidate scheduling and offers, administer pre-employment checks and I-9s, maintain HRIS/ATS data and reports, support federal contractor compliance, vendor management, internship programs, and cross-functional onboarding logistics.

Performs complex general accounting activities, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Maintains internal controls and supports joint-ownership accounting, tax preparation, and project-based financial reporting. Partners with operations, project teams, tax, audit, and leadership while providing financial insights and leading process improvements.
