Plan, organize, and maintain the Shop Floor Schedule (SFS) to achieve 90%+ on-time shipments. Balance capacity-constrained weekly schedules from the Master Production Schedule, considering material availability, labor, and priorities. Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, and floor leads, maintain KPIs, use IFS for scheduling, and drive continuous improvements to reduce downtime and ensure accurate routing hours and BOM updates.

Provide legal counsel and contract support for unregulated business subsidiaries, including drafting and negotiating commercial and energy contracts, managing legal teams, assisting project development and joint ventures, overseeing compliance, and supporting litigation and board/internal governance matters.

Manage multiple manufacturing projects across product development, upgrades, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives. Plan, execute, monitor budgets/schedules, track KPIs, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and report status to stakeholders while coordinating resources and fostering team collaboration.
