Greets lab visitors, verifies authorized access, manages sign-in procedures, safeguards university esports equipment, reports defective equipment and furniture, and enforces lab rules. The role is seasonal, part-time, and open only to current Post University students eligible for Federal Work-Study.

Supports the Dean with academic and administrative operations for the School of Business. Oversees student appeals, attendance and policy processes, course scheduling, instructional coverage, faculty support, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Analyzes academic and operational data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement. Serves as an escalation point for student concerns and helps ensure consistent policy application across the school.

Develops and manages healthcare partnerships to promote university education programs, generate inquiries and referrals, and drive enrollments. Responsibilities include procuring new partners, nurturing existing relationships, organizing on-site events and presentations, maintaining a partnership pipeline, meeting event and lead goals, documenting activities in CRM, and complying with internal and regulatory requirements. The role requires substantial travel throughout the assigned territory and attendance at conferences.

Provides academic leadership and operational oversight for bachelor’s and master’s Data Science programs.
