Conducts legal research, develops resources, reviews student communications, supports international compliance, and delivers educational outreach.

Advises online students on tuition payment plans, financial aid options, and application procedures. Collects and verifies documentation, maintains accurate student records, and ensures compliance with federal and university policies. Collaborates with internal departments, counsels students regarding balances and financing solutions, responds to inquiries, and supports registration and retention initiatives. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, computer skills, and availability for evening or weekend schedules.

Provides administrative and clerical support for university varsity esports teams. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing lab sign-ins and access, enforcing lab rules, safeguarding university equipment, reporting defective equipment and furniture, and completing assigned projects. This seasonal, part-time position is open only to current Post University students eligible for Federal Work Study.

Gather and disseminate sports information and statistics for 22 NCAA Division II athletic programs. Support media relations, athletics website content, video streaming and editing, social media, audio/visual production, public address duties, stat keeping, and game-day operations. Develop favorable media attention for teams, coaches, and the athletic department while coordinating with coaches, university staff, media, campus stakeholders, and the public. Work may include nights and weekends.

Lead career coaching initiatives for students and alumni, manage Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches, provide individualized coaching, design workshops and outreach campaigns, partner with faculty and campus teams, and track engagement and program outcomes. The role supports primarily working adults through resume development, interview preparation, job searches, career transitions, and broader career-readiness programming.

Provides academic leadership and operational oversight for computer science and computer information systems programs. Leads curriculum development, assessment, accreditation compliance, faculty recruitment and evaluation, student success, program improvement, and institutional reporting. Collaborates with academic and university partners, teaches courses annually, supports enrollment initiatives, and represents the program on committees. Requires regular campus presence while maintaining a remote-friendly schedule.

The role requires regular campus presence in Waterbury, Connecticut, despite being remote-friendly.

Assists with athletic equipment room and gameday operations, including inventory reporting, equipment and apparel fitting, issuing, repair, laundering, ordering, budgeting, vendor coordination, and bid analysis. Communicates with administrators, coaches, and student-athletes while supporting NCAA compliance and departmental standards. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, problem-solving, adaptability, and computer proficiency. This opportunity is limited to Post University students and offers up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include sourcing new partners, nurturing existing relationships, organizing and attending healthcare events, generating leads and referrals, presenting to diverse audiences, maintaining CRM activity records, and meeting event and lead-generation goals. The role requires extensive territory travel, strong B2B business development skills, relationship building, communication, and familiarity with healthcare or higher education.

Assists with athletic equipment room and game-day operations, including inventory reporting, equipment and apparel fitting, issuing, repair, ordering, exchanges, laundering, budgeting, vendor coordination, and bid analysis. Communicates with administrators, coaches, and student-athletes while maintaining NCAA, conference, university, and departmental standards. Supports contest management and responds to operational needs. This opportunity is limited to Post University students and allows up to 20 hours per week.

Student employee supporting athletic equipment operations by distributing and collecting gear, tracking inventory, organizing storage, cleaning and maintaining equipment, operating laundry machines, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. The role also includes inspecting equipment for safety issues, reporting shortages or damage, and providing equipment logistics support during athletic events. Students may not work during scheduled class times under Federal Work Study regulations.
