Teams at Post University

Provides administrative and clerical support for varsity esports teams. Greets lab visitors, verifies authorized access, manages sign-in procedures, safeguards university esports equipment, reports defective equipment and furniture, and enforces lab rules. The role is seasonal, part-time, and open only to current Post University students eligible for Federal Work-Study.

Supports the Dean with academic and administrative operations for the School of Business. Oversees student appeals, attendance and policy processes, course scheduling, instructional coverage, faculty support, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Analyzes academic and operational data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement. Serves as an escalation point for student concerns and helps ensure consistent policy application across the school.

Supports athletic communications for 22 NCAA Division II sports programs by collecting and distributing statistics, news, and feature content. Assists with game-day statistics, scoring, media relations, event coverage, website updates, video streaming and editing, and social media. Coordinates with coaches and athletic staff to promote teams and student-athletes, develops media exposure, and provides timely information to media, campus stakeholders, and the public. Evening and weekend availability is required.
