Manage and expand employer, healthcare, workforce development, and community partnerships to increase enrollment and student starts. Responsibilities include account strategy, prospecting, consultative sales, executive relationship management, presentations, partner events, pipeline development, CRM tracking, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with university teams. The role requires achieving partnership and enrollment growth goals while delivering workforce development and continuing education solutions.

Advises online students on tuition payment plans, financial aid options, and application procedures. Collects and verifies documentation, maintains accurate student records, and ensures compliance with federal and university policies. Collaborates with internal departments, counsels students regarding balances and financing solutions, responds to inquiries, and supports registration and retention initiatives. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, computer skills, and availability for evening or weekend schedules.

Researches foundation, corporate, and government grant opportunities; maintains grant calendars; drafts grant narratives, letters of inquiry, program descriptions, and budget justifications; gathers supporting materials; prepares grant reports and thank-you letters; and develops reusable grant language. The role supports funding efforts for a nonprofit serving schools, children’s mental health, and caregiver wellness.
