Manages the company’s internal IT environment, including infrastructure, networks, cloud and user administration, cybersecurity, data protection, vendor relationships, budgeting, compliance, end-user support, and end-to-end technology projects. Maintains systems, devices, policies, backups, and operational procedures while serving as the primary technical resource for the organization.

Owns execution of a complex robotics product program spanning hardware, embedded and cloud software, AI models, apps, operations, quality, and certification. Translates product priorities into plans, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages risks and dependencies, drives release quality, and provides credible status and tradeoff visibility to senior leadership and the CEO.

Own product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps across robotics hardware, software, AI/perception systems, motorcycle safety modules, cloud tools, and companion apps. Translate customer and market feedback into business cases and product decisions, partner with Sales and Design, champion simplicity, and define goals for Program Management execution. Represent product strategy to executive leadership, customers, and the Board.
