Serves as the primary IT resource for a 60-person organization, providing end-user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Manages onboarding, offboarding, identity platforms, endpoint provisioning, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure, networks, backups, cybersecurity controls, asset lifecycles, and technology vendors. Administers AWS and Azure environments, SSO, Okta, and password management solutions while troubleshooting issues and maintaining secure, reliable systems.

The Mechanical Engineering Technician will oversee the machine and assembly shop, assist in prototyping parts, create fixtures, and ensure shop organization and maintenance.

As an Embedded Engineer at PFF, you'll develop and maintain firmware for embedded products, mentor colleagues, and ensure high software quality in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
