Project-based internships supporting PAHO programs: literature reviews, web research, data collection and organization, drafting/editing policy briefs and tools, assisting event organization, and contributing to departmental projects under technical supervision.

Consultant will coordinate stakeholder consultations, review prior deliverables, and draft and finalize the Regional Nursing Body Strategic Plan 2026-2035. Deliverables include a detailed implementation plan, resource mobilization and financing strategy, risk management framework, and comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, plus summary and final reports of consultations.

Provide Tier 2/3 administration and support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365: configure sites, manage permissions, troubleshoot incidents, maintain workflows (Power Automate/Nintex), support governance/compliance, produce reports, and contribute to documentation and training.

Deliver Power BI reports and dashboards (Cold Chain, Claims, FRM/PCM) by preparing SQL/data‑warehouse datasets, implementing ETL/ELT, optimizing models, enabling RLS, integrating notes to financial statements, consolidating dashboards, providing training and documentation, and providing ongoing BI platform support across portals, Workday reporting, and Azure-based data services.

Support operation of the Revolving Fund for Access to Vaccines by coordinating demand planning, procurement tracking, financial oversight (lines of credit, repayments, arrears), claims management, process improvements, policy and SOP maintenance, reporting, and capacity building to ensure uninterrupted vaccine and public health supplies across Member States.
