PAHO consultant will review HLMA deliverables, implement PAHO Mapping of Occupations and Mapping of Actors tools, identify and engage HRH stakeholders, collate and synthesize HRH data and policies, facilitate workshops/consultations with MOH and RHAs, produce inception and workshop reports, and ensure alignment with HLMA framework.

Provide multimedia and social media support for PAHO: plan, create, schedule and adapt content, manage platforms using Hootsuite, perform social listening and analytics, produce short-form audiovisual assets, ensure accessibility and branding, and deliver publication-ready asset packages while reporting on performance.

Provide internal communications support: plan, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. Produce and edit content (stories, scripts, announcements), manage channels (intranet, newsletter, Viva Engage, PMIS), develop policies and SOPs, analyze engagement metrics, and advise communication focal points. Output-based five-month consultancy with deliverables meeting PAHO quality standards.
