Provides administrative, operational, budgetary, procurement, and logistical support for PAHO/WHO health initiatives in Venezuela. Duties include generating PMIS reports, tracking budgets and expenditures, coordinating meetings and missions, processing procurement documents, preparing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting communication with partners and consultants. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, office software proficiency, multitasking, and Spanish fluency with working English.

Designs, develops, integrates, and supports enterprise business applications and systems, including PMIS and Workday-related solutions. Translates business needs into technical architectures, integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics. Collaborates with business owners, vendors, and IT teams on implementation, change management, security, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role also evaluates technology proposals and supports enterprise architecture standards across organizational functions.

Manage technical and administrative coordination of a PAHO/WHO project addressing snakebite and venomous-animal envenoming in Latin America. Responsibilities include work planning, budget and resource control, technical reporting, scientific document preparation, presentations, meetings, and collaboration with public veterinary health teams. The consultant will support antivenom access and production, clinical diagnosis and treatment, epidemiological surveillance, virtual course development, and regional technical cooperation activities. International travel is required, with a six-month full-time consultancy based off-site or hybrid.
