Responsibilities include SharePoint administration, content management, user support, troubleshooting, governance, permissions reviews, quality assurance, training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives. Design, build, and optimize enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and DAX measures. Manage Power BI Service workspaces, security, deployment pipelines, refreshes, and gateways. Integrate data from ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, warehouses, and lakes while improving performance through model optimization, aggregations, and incremental refresh. Validate data pipelines, manage releases and access, support auditability, and ensure system reliability. Serve as the Pigment subject-matter expert by facilitating training, adoption, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
