Builds secure APIs, enterprise integrations, containerized deployments, tests, CI/CD workflows, and production support processes. Integrates Azure OpenAI and AI services to create agents, tool-calling workflows, MCP integrations, and RAG solutions with search, embeddings, grounding, and citations. Collaborates with architects, developers, QA, and program teams while evaluating AI quality, reliability, latency, and cost.

Supports and enhances the organization’s SharePoint Online intranet and Microsoft 365 digital workplace. Responsibilities include SharePoint administration, content management, user support, troubleshooting, governance, permissions reviews, quality assurance, training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives. The specialist also supports migrations, identifies usability improvements, and stays current with Power Platform and AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.

Design, build, and optimize enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and DAX measures. Manage Power BI Service workspaces, security, deployment pipelines, refreshes, and gateways. Integrate data from ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, warehouses, and lakes while improving performance through model optimization, aggregations, and incremental refresh. Partner with stakeholders and data engineers to establish governance, translate requirements, and enable adoption through documentation and training.
