Tracks company assets, maintains asset registers, prepares HR and operations reports, supports audits, and provides administrative assistance to the Head of HR. The role requires knowledge of Ghanaian labor practices, pharmaceutical GMP and WHO requirements, strong organization, discretion, communication, and attention to detail.

Supports accurate accounting records, accounts payable, inventory and raw material accounting, general ledger management, reconciliations, financial controls, and month-end closing. Processes invoices and payments in D365, validates inventory and purchase costs, clears suspense and transitory balances, prepares payable schedules, and supports financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Lead end-to-end HR and administrative operations across multiple production sites, ensuring compliance, documentation, recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, workforce planning, and cost control. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate closely with production teams and senior management to align HR practices with operational needs.

Lead growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and business opportunities across local and international markets. Drive consultative sales, pipeline management, proposals, presentations, market research, forecasts, and stakeholder negotiations to expand the organisation's presence in Africa and Europe and meet revenue and partnership goals.
