Generate and qualify business leads for HR consulting services by researching target industries, prospecting companies, arranging meetings, supporting sales closures with the Managing Director, and reporting weekly on leads and progress.

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director: manage correspondence, monitor tasks and commitments, maintain tracking systems, coordinate meetings, travel and paperwork, run business errands, handle sensitive information confidentially, and provide general executive support.

Support the Creative Director by managing day-to-day brand operations: coordinate suppliers and production, track orders and inventory, handle order fulfilment and operational issues, maintain records (expenses, HR, compliance), develop SOPs, prepare reports and client materials, attend client meetings, and support cross-team project execution.
