Provides technical guidance on coatings, surface preparation, corrosion protection, and application standards while driving sales growth. Builds relationships with contractors, architects, corporate clients, developers, and bulk buyers; assesses project needs and surface conditions; recommends coating systems; identifies business opportunities; supports upselling, customer complaints, site visits, and technical consultations.

Supports marketing strategy and campaign execution for farmers, agro-dealers, and the public. Responsibilities include managing social media and digital campaigns, creating content and promotional materials, coordinating farm visits, workshops, training, demonstrations, and marketing events, maintaining stakeholder databases, tracking budgets, supporting sales engagement, and preparing activity reports. The role also ensures brand compliance, coordinates branded collateral, and manages administrative processes for marketing projects.

Manages HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, training, performance support, employee relations, and HR compliance. Tracks company assets, maintains asset registers, prepares HR and operations reports, supports audits, and provides administrative assistance to the Head of HR. The role requires knowledge of Ghanaian labor practices, pharmaceutical GMP and WHO requirements, strong organization, discretion, communication, and attention to detail.
