As an Account Executive at OVRSEA, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients, develop relationships, and contribute to company growth while ensuring client satisfaction through a consultative approach.

Support coordination of international freight operations (air, sea, road, rail): manage service providers, update clients on shipment progress, assist with quotations, and participate in invoicing and customer communications. Receive structured training and coaching to develop transport expertise.

Lead Belgium launch and manage day-to-day international transport operations (air/sea/road/rail), handle customer quotes and invoicing, onboard local partners, and define local operational strategy.

Assist the finance team with management control, reporting, business analysis, accounting processes, and inter-department business partnerships.

The Account Executive will drive sales growth by prospecting clients, conducting product demos, negotiating deals, onboarding clients, and fostering long-term relationships with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Business Development Representatives identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outreach, set up product demos, and support the sales team while maintaining CRM records.

Support coordination of multimodal international shipments (air/sea/road/rail), manage service providers and customer communications, identify upsell and platform adoption opportunities, and help structure supplier relationships and operational knowledge. Role focuses on high-quality customer service, problem solving, and process development during a 6-month internship based in Barcelona.
