What is it like being an AE at OVRSEA?
You will be joining a dynamic sales team, a team that is the engine of our growth, and where there is a strong emphasis on pedagogy and teamwork. As an Account Executive, you will be in charge of managing your own portfolio, from closing a prospect to nurturing a long-lasting relationship. You will be highly autonomous and will contribute to changing the way goods are transported around the world, while always putting your customer first.
 
Challenges for the Sales team in 2026:
- Continue our strong two-digit growth with an ambitious plan.
- Acquiring mid-cap & key account clients and new verticals.
 
Your missions:
- Develop a portfolio of SME and mid-cap customers with recurring international flows.
- Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients’ pain points and needs, and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with our operational teams, to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on.
- Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our company’s growth.
- Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customer’s business to become their trusted advisor.

Are you The One ?
- You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales & are comfortable managing a full sales cycle
- You have already experienced & enjoy working in a fast-paced & target-driven environment
- Proven demonstration of excellent communication skills, drive & customer-centric mindset
- You have great interpersonal skills and excel at active listening
- You are curious and excited to learn everything about the world of transportation
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English
