Coordinate international freight operations across air, sea, road, and rail for a customer portfolio. Manage carriers, agents, customs brokers, quotations, transport planning, invoicing, supplier relationships, and customer communications. Proactively resolve shipment issues, explain billing differences, improve operational workflows, negotiate with providers, and help structure team knowledge and strategies. The role requires fluent French, strong organization, interpersonal skills, initiative, stress management, and willingness to learn international transportation.

Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, HubSpot, email, and other prospecting methods. Conduct persistent outreach, handle objections, and secure meetings for Sales Executives. Track conversion rates, document approaches in Salesforce, and develop innovative AI- and automation-enabled sales techniques. This six-month Milan internship starts in January 2027 and may convert to a full-time role.

Lead Belgium launch and manage day-to-day international transport operations (air/sea/road/rail), handle customer quotes and invoicing, onboard local partners, and define local operational strategy.
