Identify and prioritize freight prospects, conduct multichannel outreach to senior decision-makers, qualify leads, secure meetings, maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role also involves developing freight-forwarding expertise and improving sales processes while helping establish OVRSEA’s presence in Belgium.

Manage international freight operations for customer accounts, coordinating air, sea, road, and rail transport with carriers, agents, trucking providers, and customs brokers. Plan and price shipments, respond to quotation requests, support customer invoicing, resolve operational issues, maintain client communication, negotiate with suppliers, and improve operational processes and team knowledge. The role requires fluent French, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, stress management, initiative, and interest in international transportation.

Build and maintain analytics-ready data models using dbt and SQL, implement data quality checks, and develop official Sigma dashboards. Help establish shared metric definitions, documentation, and data governance across the merged group. Automate data workflows using AI coding tools and agents, support AI-powered self-service analytics, and bridge technical data work with business users.
