Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, HubSpot, email, and other prospecting methods. Conduct persistent outreach, handle objections, and secure meetings for Sales Executives. Track conversion rates, document approaches in Salesforce, and develop innovative AI- and automation-enabled sales techniques. This six-month Milan internship starts in January 2027 and may convert to a full-time role.

Support coordination of international freight operations (air, sea, road, rail): manage service providers, update clients on shipment progress, assist with quotations, and participate in invoicing and customer communications. Receive structured training and coaching to develop transport expertise.

Lead Belgium launch and manage day-to-day international transport operations (air/sea/road/rail), handle customer quotes and invoicing, onboard local partners, and define local operational strategy.
