Define architecture and engineering standards, align cross-functional teams, drive product delivery from 0-1 and 1-to-N, implement best practices and CI/CD, and occasionally contribute to code while communicating strategy to senior leadership.

Lead technical implementations and onboarding for Overjet products, owning lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. Lead and execute global regulatory strategy for dental AI products. Own multi-jurisdictional submissions (FDA 510(k)/De Novo, EU MDR, Health Canada, MHRA, TGA), interact with regulators and notified bodies, ensure QMS and standards compliance, embed regulatory requirements across product lifecycle, support clinical evidence and audits, and build/manage the regulatory team.

Manage mid-market dental accounts to drive success during pilot and ongoing phases.
