Supports customer development finance business partnering, month-end reporting, financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional S&OP and new product development decisions.

Supports trade marketing operations through S&OP participation, forecast accuracy improvement, volume consolidation, and commercial plan coordination. Collaborates with sales, supply, and customer service teams to align volume forecasts, monitor shipments and deliveries, and maintain tools for data consolidation and performance tracking across Beverage and Personal Care international businesses.

Support development and execution of internal audit programs, perform audit testing, gather and analyze data, evaluate controls and risks, prepare working papers and audit reports, and help obtain agreed management actions. Fraud investigation experience is a plus.

Supervise and train electrical staff to maintain, repair, install, and improve high/low voltage systems, machine electrical systems and chillers; manage spare parts, budgets, safety, ISO/HACCP/5S/Kaizen activities, and energy conservation to ensure continuous production.

Provide administrative and personnel support to the engineering team, manage procurement requests, maintain documentation and ISO-related records, prepare machine inspection documents, support ISO/GHP/HACCP/5S/Kaizen and energy conservation activities, conduct safety and environmental inspections, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as the liaison between the company and government agencies; monitor relevant government policy; analyze stakeholder requirements; manage relationships and workflows between OSP, government, and external parties; perform administrative duties and related tasks to secure external support for the business.

Provide support for quality activities in a glass manufacturing environment, assist with inspections, documentation, and basic process improvement while working with a customer-focused team.
