Supervise and train electrical staff to maintain, repair, install, and improve high/low voltage systems, machine electrical systems and chillers; manage spare parts, budgets, safety, ISO/HACCP/5S/Kaizen activities, and energy conservation to ensure continuous production.

Lead brand and innovation projects to drive growth: develop consumer and category insights, manage product innovation aligned to brand strategy, identify communication channels, coordinate with Brand Building, and help monitor budgets and marketing KPIs.

Lead and oversee 1–3 van sales agents to drive OB product sales via van routes to small shops nationwide, grow product visibility, strengthen distributor relationships, and meet sales and execution targets.

Oversee glass bottle production and maintenance: analyze production data, troubleshoot and adjust machinery, plan and execute maintenance, ensure spare parts availability, drive process and product launch improvements, support safety, environmental, and energy conservation initiatives, and develop/maintain databases and applications to support production and projects.
