Leads trade marketing strategy and execution for three non-M150 energy drink brands across channels. Responsibilities include developing category and channel plans, optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, distribution, merchandising, in-store activation, launches, and execution standards. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated commercial plans. Manages and develops the trade marketing team through goal setting, coaching, performance management, resource allocation, and capability building.

Lead and oversee 1–3 van sales agents to drive OB product sales via van routes to small shops nationwide, grow product visibility, strengthen distributor relationships, and meet sales and execution targets.

Lead brand and innovation projects to drive growth: develop consumer and category insights, manage product innovation aligned to brand strategy, identify communication channels, coordinate with Brand Building, and help monitor budgets and marketing KPIs.
