Job Summary
Support brand growth by leading project & brand activities including budget to achieve brand KPIJob Description:
1.) Establish a holistic understanding of consumers and category related trends, together with consumer market insight and R&D, in developing the right insight for innovation and identify growth opportunities for the brand. 2.) Manage innovation projects to ensure delivery of outstanding, insightful and differentiated innovation products. Ensure they are aligned to company category strategy, brand DNA and brand vision plan. 3.) Identify communications channels that adhere to consumer media behavior and help to deliver on objective for brand. 4.) Work closely with Brand Building team to ensure good team alignment and deployment of mixes in each campaigns/product 5.) Assist in monitoring budget spend and key marketing KPIs 6.)Qualification:
