Technical and Engineering - Ayutthaya / Electrical
Control and maintain all system in below:
-Electrical system in Ayutthaya plant
-Electrical power system
-Chiller
-Electrical system of machine
Glass Plants
Supervise, guide, and train electrical department staff to follow the maintenance plane for machine and electrical equipment in the glass bottle manufacturing plant, ensuring continuous production operation.
Job Description:
Technical and Engineering - Huamak / Electrical
1.) การซ่อมบำรุงและแก้ไขเครื่องจักรตามแจ้งซ่อมและแก้ไข tag record
2.) งานดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
3.) งานติดตั้งและปรับปรุงดัดแปลงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์
4.) งานซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์หน่วยงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ร้องขอ
5.) สอนงานให้ช่างช่างไฟฟ้าได้
Technical and Engineering - Ayutthaya / Electrical
1.) Control and maintain high and low voltage system for safety and follow PM plan
2.) Control and maintain electrical system of machine to get fully performance and follow PM plan
3.) Control and maintain chiller and follow PM plan
4.) Control and repair the machine according to job order and machine break down
5.) Able to teach all knowledge of every system or to be a Key Instructure
6.) Participate 5S activity in area of responsibility
Glass Plants
1. Plan and supervise the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment in accordance with the plan.
2. Prepare spare parts in the maintenance section to ensure they are sufficient for production needs.
3. Prepare regular budget plans, monitor external expenses as planned, and control the use of consumables.
4. Participate in system activityes such as ISO,GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN.
5. Carry out activities in safety, occupational health, and environmental protection; inspect the environmental and ensure safety in operation; and report to supervisors
6. Serve as the energy conservation representative to comply with energy saving regulations.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required
- Maintain and repair electrical power systems and machine electrical systems
- Install, modify and improve electrical equipment and machinery
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance (PM) for electrical systems and chillers
- Control and maintain high and low voltage systems safely
- Supervise, train, and guide electrical department staff (serve as key instructor)
- Prepare and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
- Participate in and support ISO, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN activities
- Conduct safety, occupational health, and environmental protection inspections and reporting
- Serve as energy conservation representative and comply with energy saving regulations
