Serve as the liaison between the company and government agencies; monitor relevant government policy; analyze stakeholder requirements; manage relationships and workflows between OSP, government, and external parties; perform administrative duties and related tasks to secure external support for the business.

Provide support for quality activities in a glass manufacturing environment, assist with inspections, documentation, and basic process improvement while working with a customer-focused team.

Monitor and analyze production yield and processes, identify root causes of defects, propose and implement process improvements, coordinate with other departments, and adjust machinery to maintain efficiency. Prepare regular production reports and perform additional tasks as assigned.
