The Sealant Specialist I applies sealants post-assembly for major and sub-assemblies, maintains clean work areas, and ensures compliance with safety protocols while inspecting for non-conformances.

Support and maintain quality systems, lead corrective action investigations, implement preventive/corrective solutions, run inspections (FAI, RMA, MRR), troubleshoot production/process issues, interact with customers to resolve complaints, and develop training to improve quality awareness and compliance with company procedures.

Design and define manufacturing processes, create work instructions and BOMs, apply advanced GD&T, use precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot production issues, support quality planning (PFMEA, control plans), and collaborate with production to ensure AS9100-compliant manufacturing.

Support and maintain manufacturing quality systems, lead corrective actions and investigations, perform inspections (FAI, RMA, MRR), troubleshoot production issues, interact with customers to resolve complaints, assist training and documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety.

Perform masking and racking using tape, plugs, and liquid maskants; prepare parts for chemical and paint processes; use CATIA and Adobe Illustrator for masking aids; troubleshoot materials; support quality, safety, and throughput; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement; assist quoting and maintain masking aid library.

Assist in preparing financial statements, managing general ledger, developing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

The CNC Developer will manage CNC machining operations, write macros, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams for quality and performance improvements.
