Orizon manufactures large complex structural components, provides metal finish processing, and fabricates major sub-assemblies for leading airframe manufacturers in the commercial aerospace, defense, space, and general aviation industries. The company’s investments in digitized systems/software, proprietary engineering/ programming techniques, advanced machine tools, and automated assembly technologies provides affordable solutions for the largest Aerospace and Defense manufacturers in the world. Orizon is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, with HUBZone Certified facilities in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

Orizon founders and our team have years of proven experience in the airframe manufacturing industry and understand what it takes to be successful. Our approach is focused on creating an interconnected team with a common mission. We operate on a model that emphasizes over-communication and the importance of daily metrics tied to aligned incentives.

Orizon significantly enhances efficiencies and lowers costs and capital investment expenses for aircraft OEM’s by supplying monolithic, pre-assembled airframe sections.

We employ highly advanced, high-speed 5-axis machining capabilities to produce large-scale, complex aluminum structures and assemblies. These include major airframe components, bulkheads, integrated structural panels, spars, skins, webs, floors, and other mechanical structures in dimensions as large as 248” x 98” x 28" with 30,000 RPM and 161 HP.

All manufacturing operations are driven by sophisticated automation programs to ensure ultra-precision within exacting tolerances, as well as close monitoring for quality control in keeping with strict government requirements and regulations.
