Responsibilities:
Customer focused (internal/external):
- Order status and projected past due reporting
- Communicate with customers about program status
- Participate in customer surveys and audits
- Provide timely information, deliverables, and execution per program
- Support strategic objectives from management
- Ensure support for rate readiness (includes varying levels of resource plans, capital expenditures, and operational requirements)
- Addition and maintenance of customer forecast through ERP and master forecast file
Supply Chain:
- Validate raw material supply and ordering
- Assist in the assessment of new suppliers
- Perform Customer Purchase Order review for acceptance (lead time, material issues)
New Product Introduction:
- Support onboarding and handshakes of new products and programs
- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvement in existing and new programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business) or 60 months of experience leading projects within the past eight years preferred
- Relevant experience preferred
- 3 years of experience with project/program management in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Previous ERP/MRP experience required
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills and can provide written and verbal instructions and present information clearly required
- Demonstrated experience exhibiting professionalism when communicating with management & leadership team and customers
- Demonstrated experience understanding and working with basic mathematical concepts required
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Demonstrated experience adapting to a changing work environment, competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events required
- Demonstrated experience working independently and within a team environment required
- Demonstrated experience capturing and assimilating information quickly required
- Demonstrated experience exhibiting a high level of attention to detail required

Work Environment and Job Functions:
The office is in a manufacturing facility. As such, while the primary environment will be an office setting, the position will require frequent visits to the production floor where exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles will be present. The noise level in the working environment is usually moderate to loud. Proper safety precautions, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), must be followed as dictated by the job and working environment.
