Oversees investor reporting and remittance processing for assigned loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with CREFC guidelines and servicing agreements. Reviews and reconciles loan and investor data, approves remittances, prepares industry-standard reports, supports audits (RegAB, SOX), coordinates with asset management/capital markets/payments/technology teams, mentors associates, and performs bank reconciliations and wire/ACH requests.

Coordinate and manage multifamily loan transactions from application through rate lock, closing, funding, and post-closing delivery for agency and bridge products. Prepare commitments, funding packages, and closing documents; coordinate with borrowers, title, counsel, warehouse lenders, and agencies; maintain transaction records, resolve issues, ensure compliance with investor/agency/warehouse requirements, and support process improvements.

Support multifamily loan underwriting by collecting and managing due diligence, maintaining loan files, inputting data into pipeline systems, analyzing property and borrower financials, coordinating third-party reports, assembling loan packages, and reconciling final loan accounting.

Lead end-to-end execution of CRE loan closings and funding, coordinating Credit, Legal, Treasury, Asset Management and Capital Markets. Manage closing timelines, documentation, settlement reconciliation, funding packages, post-close deliverables, loan boarding, vendor/contracts, and support securitization and investor materials. Drive system/process improvements, maintain audit-ready records, and support technology implementations and integrations.

Support and evolve a third-party direct lending investment platform: review underwriting for program eligibility, manage deal offering and allocations, track capital deployment, produce investor and internal reporting, analyze program performance, maintain data integrity across PowerBI/Salesforce, build financial models and presentation materials, liaise with deal teams and service providers, and implement process improvements using AI tools.

Support program management and investor reporting for asset management programs. Maintain fund-level models, analyze investment performance, support deal documentation and capital deployment tracking, liaise with internal teams and external investors/service providers, assist with CLO/credit facility monitoring, and implement process/data improvements using analytics and AI.

Support corporate development by evaluating and executing new business opportunities, investments, and acquisitions in commercial real estate. Conduct market research, build valuation and financial models, prepare investment memoranda and investor/board presentation materials, collaborate with Finance and Accounting on quarterly REIT reporting, and coordinate cross-functional analyses and strategic projects while supporting investor relations.

Support senior originators on life insurance-placed CRE loans through underwriting, financial modeling, lender submission preparation, due diligence management, transaction coordination, and closing. Serve as liaison with borrowers, insurers, third-party vendors, and internal teams while maintaining transaction data and adherence to credit guidelines.

Lead and execute multi-channel creative production and brand management. Coordinate creative intake, prioritize and manage projects and vendors, enforce brand standards, manage budgets, produce presentations, sales collateral, digital content, and templates, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality design deliverables.

The Internal Audit Intern will support the team by coordinating audit requests, performing audit testing, drafting reports, and managing related administrative tasks while interacting with various stakeholders.

Support Fund Management by maintaining projections, investor benefit schedules, fund risk reports, and quarterly investor reporting. Assist with tax return review, investor presentations, due diligence, and ad hoc fund management projects to preserve investor equity and monitor property performance.

Support equity originators and underwriters through acquisition, investor placement, modeling, due diligence, and closings for LIHTC affordable housing deals. Prepare initial investment models, screening and investment committee packages, perform financial and market analysis, coordinate third-party due diligence, and help maintain deal quality and investor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Manage fund strategy and performance to meet investment objectives; prepare IRR analyses, tax-credit and cash distribution projections; monitor fund reserves and compliance; produce quarterly and annual investor reports; support investor due diligence, K-1 preparation, and ad hoc investor requests.

Support reporting and management of sponsor-backed loan portfolio: spread monthly financials, analyze trends and covenants, prepare memos and credit materials, perform detailed financial modeling and sensitivity analysis, assist with deal diligence, database tracking, and ad hoc projects while collaborating with senior team members and other ORIX groups.
