Manages Talent Acquisition operations from requisition approval through offer acceptance and pre-onboarding. Provides client support, status reporting, quality control, cross-functional coordination, and training for junior team members while managing time-sensitive deadlines and complex transactions.

Analyst supporting growth lending investments by screening opportunities, conducting financial and commercial due diligence, building financial models, analyzing company performance, preparing investment and credit materials, presenting recommendations, and monitoring portfolio companies. The role also supports business development and market outreach while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Conducts diligence, financial analysis, underwriting, modeling, and investment committee preparation for GP Solutions transactions. Monitors the investment portfolio, reviews sponsor reporting, performs valuation analyses, prepares investor performance reports, supports audits, manages the pipeline, and assists with business development. The Associate works across origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution while managing multiple assignments independently.

Manages asset management portfolio processes, financial calendars, compliance documentation, tax and audit workflows, system enhancements, reporting, mailings, and invoice processing. Coordinates cross-functional projects with Tax, IT, accountants, general partners, and management companies. The role requires CPA certification, extensive accounting experience, strong US GAAP expertise, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Participate in a 12-month analyst development program focused on commercial real estate, credit analysis, and finance. Perform transaction financial analysis, prepare credit profiles, mortgage insurance applications, presentations, pitch books, and related materials. Support originators and underwriters throughout due diligence and deal execution, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Participants must be based in New York City or Columbus, Ohio, with potential permanent placement across production, credit, or asset management.

Coordinates corporate conferences, client events, webinars, and related marketing initiatives. Manages event logistics, vendors, venues, timelines, budgets, promotional inventory, company store operations, memberships, sponsorship deliverables, attendee communications, and post-event reporting. Supports website, intranet, social media, and compliance activities while maintaining project plans and stakeholder communications. Requires strong organization, communication, detail management, and the ability to coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
