Manage marine construction projects from bidding through closeout: develop proposals, estimate costs, procure materials, schedule and oversee work, coordinate teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, negotiate contracts/change orders, and track project costs and progress to ensure timely, profitable completion.

Place, secure, and tie reinforcing steel (rebar/mesh) in concrete forms using rod-bending machines, wire and pliers, blowtorches, and hand tools. Load/unload rebar, mark for cutting, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and perform other assigned site duties.

Performs critical path and risk analysis, resource/cost loading, revenue forecasting, QA of scheduling deliverables, schedule variance and productivity reporting, and supports project teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and risk mitigation.
