Manage marine construction projects from bidding through closeout: develop proposals, estimate costs, procure materials, schedule and oversee work, coordinate teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, negotiate contracts/change orders, and track project costs and progress to ensure timely, profitable completion.

Lead heavy civil/marine construction projects including bidding, estimating, procurement, scheduling, contract negotiation, oversight of superintendents, safety and environmental compliance, and project closeout to ensure timely, profitable completion.

Perform and support safe commercial diving operations for marine construction projects, including topside and underwater tasks, equipment maintenance, emergency planning, safety compliance, and participation in required training. Work closely with dive team, supervisors, and project staff, operating in environments up to 60 feet sea water.
