Provide proactive branch customer service, identify client financial needs, cross-sell bank products (accounts, loans, investments, mortgages), open accounts, process transactions, resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and develop/retain customer relationships.

Supervises collections associates and oversees default reporting, quality assurance, audits, operational controls, call monitoring, dashboards, and corrective actions. Partners with collections and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, improve processes, support automation and artificial intelligence initiatives, and strengthen compliance with banking, investor, regulatory, and internal requirements. Requires advanced Excel skills, banking operations knowledge, leadership experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Supports operational excellence initiatives by gathering requirements, designing and configuring PEGA-based low-code automation solutions, documenting workflows, participating in Agile delivery, supporting testing and deployment, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to improve efficiency, consistency, user experience, and automation adoption while assisting with issue resolution, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Owns marketing reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, customer intelligence, segmentation analysis, campaign measurement, and performance insights. Analyzes customer, transactional, digital, and campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Maintains data quality and governance, supports Customer 360 initiatives, and translates complex findings into recommendations for marketing, product, growth, and executive stakeholders. Requires bilingual Spanish and English communication and strong business intelligence expertise.

Supports accounting close, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, managerial and profitability analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, technical accounting research, and GAAP policy implementation across multiple entities. The role develops Workday reporting solutions, improves accounting processes, and collaborates with business teams to enhance data quality and decision-making.

Implements and optimizes marketing automation, customer journeys, integrations, segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and analytics across digital channels. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manages data flows and platform integrations, performs quality assurance, troubleshoots marketing technology issues, and supports measurement, attribution, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Marketing, IT, Data, Compliance, and vendors.

Processes mortgage, auto, and consumer loss mitigation activities, including system updates, payments, invoices, claims, reports, account adjustments, and investor servicing requests. Ensures compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements while supporting operational accuracy and customer service. Requires Spanish communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in delinquency management, loss mitigation, default servicing, or related banking operations.

Supports commercial loan underwriting and portfolio management by preparing financial spreads, valuation and forecast models, credit analyses, risk assessments, loan documentation, portfolio reports, and industry research. Collaborates with portfolio leaders, credit risk, management, and internal and external stakeholders to monitor borrower relationships, identify early warning signals, improve workflows, and support loan modifications and periodic reviews.

Drives data-driven operational excellence and process improvement across Customer Intelligence & Operations. Maps current and future-state processes, analyzes metrics and trends, identifies bottlenecks and redundancies, recommends cost and resource optimization strategies, tracks implementation initiatives, measures results, maintains regulatory controls, and collaborates with stakeholders to influence business decisions. The role also supports audits and regulatory changes while ensuring operational performance, quality, and timeliness.

The Associate, Sales & Services supports customer experience, promotes mortgage products, manages client relationships, and ensures compliance while achieving sales goals.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms for banking data. Collaborate with teams to ensure secure, reliable data products.

Provide superior customer service to new and existing clients, promote Oriental Mortgage products, and drive production, quality, and cross-selling of integrated financial solutions. Role is on-site in Bayamon, PR and requires maintaining work authorization.
