The associate rotates among branch locations throughout the San Juan metropolitan area and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations. English and Spanish fluency, customer-facing sales experience, analytical problem-solving, organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Supports commercial loan underwriting and portfolio management by preparing financial spreads, valuation and forecast models, credit analyses, risk assessments, loan documentation, portfolio reports, and industry research. Collaborates with portfolio leaders, credit risk, management, and internal and external stakeholders to monitor borrower relationships, identify early warning signals, improve workflows, and support loan modifications and periodic reviews.

Drives data-driven operational excellence and process improvement across Customer Intelligence & Operations. Maps current and future-state processes, analyzes metrics and trends, identifies bottlenecks and redundancies, recommends cost and resource optimization strategies, tracks implementation initiatives, measures results, maintains regulatory controls, and collaborates with stakeholders to influence business decisions. The role also supports audits and regulatory changes while ensuring operational performance, quality, and timeliness.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms for banking data. Collaborate with teams to ensure secure, reliable data products.

The Associate, Sales & Services supports customer experience, promotes mortgage products, manages client relationships, and ensures compliance while achieving sales goals.

Manage, analyze, and transform commercial banking data into dashboards, standardized reports, and insights. Validate data quality, partner with data engineering, run SQL/BI analyses, conduct ad-hoc reviews, and support strategic transformation initiatives to inform leadership and commercial stakeholders.

Provide proactive branch customer service, identify client financial needs, cross-sell bank products (accounts, loans, investments, mortgages), open accounts, process transactions, resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and develop/retain customer relationships.

Provide superior customer service to new and existing clients, promote Oriental Mortgage products, and drive production, quality, and cross-selling of integrated financial solutions. Role is on-site in Bayamon, PR and requires maintaining work authorization.
