Manage, analyze, and transform commercial banking data into dashboards, standardized reports, and insights. Validate data quality, partner with data engineering, run SQL/BI analyses, conduct ad-hoc reviews, and support strategic transformation initiatives to inform leadership and commercial stakeholders.

The Associate, Sales & Services supports customer experience, promotes mortgage products, manages client relationships, and ensures compliance while achieving sales goals.

Collects and manages customer demographic, transactional, financial and psychographic data. Designs data structures and customer 360 views, builds SQL-driven reports and Power BI dashboards, ensures data accuracy and daily system loads, and supports campaigns, sales, and retention initiatives.

Provide proactive, bilingual customer service at a bank branch, handle transactions and inquiries, cross-sell financial products (investments, mortgages, commercial, auto), generate new accounts and referrals, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support branch profitability.
