Build and lead a customer support quality assurance function: design scorecards and sampling, monitor 100% of interactions (human and AI), track quality metrics, coach agents, surface recurring customer pain points, and deliver data-driven recommendations to product and leadership.

Build and own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations. Source passive candidates, design structured interview processes, deliver high-touch candidate experience, use ATS and AI recruiting tools, create recruiting dashboards, partner with hiring managers, manage external search partners, and scale hiring playbooks and employer branding.
