Mentor senior contributors, establish reusable engineering patterns, and ensure AI systems meet security, reliability, observability, privacy, and operational requirements.

Own the end-to-end architecture, development, deployment, evaluation, and operations of AI and machine learning systems. Build predictive ordering models, agentic workflow copilots, retrieval and evaluation infrastructure, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices. Prioritize AI initiatives based on business outcomes, establish model governance and production standards, advise product and engineering leadership, and mentor experienced contributors.

Sell Order.co to new business accounts, drive adoption and first-six-month revenue, build pipeline, consult on purchase-to-pay processes, coordinate with implementation, success, and marketplace teams, and provide product and operational feedback.

Build and own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations. Source passive candidates, design structured interview processes, deliver high-touch candidate experience, use ATS and AI recruiting tools, create recruiting dashboards, partner with hiring managers, manage external search partners, and scale hiring playbooks and employer branding.
