Lead and modernize claims operations for partial and total vehicle loss. Manage a claims team, ensure fair adjudication, refine valuation and fraud controls, track quality and cycle-time metrics, and advise senior leadership on product and loss-ratio decisions.

Manage and grow Optiom's dealer relationships across Alberta. Identify, onboard, and develop dealerships, deliver presentations and training, track sales pipeline in CRM, and drive product adoption and territory performance with frequent travel.

Act as primary contact for broker partners and policyholders to resolve complex issues, explain policies and commissions, navigate multiple systems, troubleshoot in real time, and deliver high-touch service that strengthens partner relationships.
