The Reconciliation & Corporate Actions Analyst will perform cash and position reconciliations, research corporate actions, liaise with custodians, and support reporting cycles and process improvements in an asset management context.

Support a Senior Analyst covering electronic components, consumer hardware, and digital media. Conduct company and thematic research, build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models, manage proprietary data sets and valuation comps, initiate independent research projects under tight deadlines, and communicate clear, evidence-based investment opinions in written reports and internal collaboration.

The role involves performing surveillance reviews, ensuring compliance in capital markets activities, and providing guidance on policies to business departments.

The Regional Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including money movement, order processing, account opening, and staff training, ensuring compliance with FINRA rules.

The Senior Director will enhance client experiences in financial planning, educate financial professionals, and develop relationships to promote Oppenheimer's financial planning services.

Support the senior semiconductor equity research analyst by building and maintaining financial models, producing company and industry research reports, organizing industry data, and communicating findings to sales, trading, and clients. Require strong modeling, writing, analytical, and client-facing skills.

Validate and test BSA/AML and financial crime models (TM, sanctions screening, KYC scoring). Use R and SQL/MySQL to perform statistical, ML, and data quality analyses, run stress/sensitivity tests, document findings, recommend mitigations, and support audits and governance in line with regulatory guidance.

The Office Manager will provide general administrative support, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, assist with recruitment, and maintain office supplies.

Review and process KYC submissions for retail and institutional clients; research and validate client ownership structures, update records, manage account restrictions, escalate PEP/adverse media cases, liaise with business units, and provide regulatory guidance to ensure AML/CDD compliance.

Work with a senior analyst on biotech equity research: build and maintain financial models and market trackers, perform fundamental due diligence, write investment research, develop surveys, attend scientific conferences, and engage with company management, KOLs, sales/trading, and institutional clients.
