Owns complex property subrogation recovery efforts, including investigation, liability evaluation, evidence preservation, expert and litigation strategy, vendor and counsel oversight, negotiation, reserving, and reporting. The role also trains claims adjusters, identifies high-value recovery opportunities, manages multi-state legal considerations, and improves the broader recovery program in a remote environment.

Manage homeowner property claims from first notice of loss through resolution. Responsibilities include investigating losses, analyzing coverage, identifying fraud and subrogation opportunities, conducting virtual or field inspections, preparing Cotality or Xactimate estimates, documenting files, maintaining reserves, negotiating settlements, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and supporting process improvements. The role requires active adjuster licensing, remote claims experience, strong customer service, and occasional extended CAT hours.

Manage independent agency partnerships across Massachusetts and Connecticut, driving premium growth, platform adoption, quoting and binding performance, and portfolio retention. Develop territory engagement plans, provide product training, coordinate sales and co-marketing strategies, analyze production and pipeline data, monitor risk indicators, and communicate market insights internally. Maintain agency activity in Salesforce while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Product, and Service teams. Requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.
