Support claims organization by analyzing and redesigning workflows, coordinating and delivering multiple projects, performing root-cause analysis, producing process maps and documentation, tracking KPIs, and enabling cross-functional adoption through training and influence.

Senior individual contributor managing complex homeowner property claims in litigation and appraisal end-to-end.
