The role involves developing and maintaining D365 Finance & Operations solutions, SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and integrations while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ using Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, integrations, and automation. Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications; support testing, deployments, migration, production troubleshooting, and platform optimization. Build CPQ, pricing, quoting, contract-to-cash, invoicing, and reporting capabilities while establishing development standards, governance, documentation, and internal expertise. Collaborate with stakeholders and evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, including AI and Agentforce.

Owns Salesforce CPQ and revenue-automation workstreams supporting pricing, quoting, approvals, subscriptions, renewals, and Quote-to-Cash processes. Designs and maintains CPQ configurations, develops solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, supports migration and integrations, establishes development standards, troubleshoots complex pricing and contracting issues, and contributes to Agile delivery, releases, documentation, and platform modernization.

Design, deploy, and operate global network security solutions for customers. Identify technical requirements, recommend architectures, onboard customers, provide technical support, and act as the interface between customers, development, and sales. The role involves network security, SD-WAN, cybersecurity technologies, customer success engineering, and participation in Mission Control operations.

Own and expand Open Systems’ partner ecosystem across the UKI and Nordic markets. Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow MSP, MSSP, VAR, system integrator, and service provider partners. Develop joint business plans, generate partner-led pipeline, support sales opportunities through closure, maintain forecasts, and provide market intelligence. The role requires strong channel sales experience, executive relationship-building, negotiation, and familiarity with cybersecurity, networking, cloud, managed services, and SaaS.

Partners with Sales Executives as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle. Designs SASE and SSE solutions, presents services and demos, leads technical workshops, responds to RFPs, executes proof-of-concepts, resolves technical objections, and supports customer handoffs. Collaborates with product teams on customer insights and works with international clients in English and German. The role is remote in Germany or Switzerland and requires travel, including visits to Zurich.

The Integration Developer will build and maintain integrations using Jitterbit Harmony, ensuring production readiness, documentation, and troubleshooting issues. They will work with stakeholders to develop robust solutions and improve integration practices.

The Customer Connectivity Engineer is responsible for managing global connectivity solutions, supporting customer teams, and ensuring high-quality WAN performance through technical expertise and collaboration with ISPs and project management teams.
