Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM): design and build upgrade-safe solutions, improve CMDB and ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), create reusable automations and integrations (REST/APIs), enforce development standards, operate release lifecycle across environments, apply security-by-design, and troubleshoot complex platform issues while coaching stakeholders.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll generate new business opportunities through outreach, qualification, and building pipelines, impacting revenue growth directly.

Design, operate, and improve core observability infrastructure (metrics, logs, traces). Deploy and maintain platforms (Thanos, Loki, Tempo, Clickhouse), integrate OpenTelemetry, enable monitoring/alerting automation, collaborate with engineering teams, optimize performance, capacity, cost, and promote observability best practices organization-wide.
