Leads a global project-management organization delivering enterprise managed network-security implementations. Owns PMO methodology, governance, standards, metrics, escalation management, delivery quality, team performance, hiring, development, and succession. The role establishes consistent global practices, improves project predictability and customer outcomes, and manages geographically distributed teams across regions and time zones. It requires extensive enterprise IT delivery experience, direct people leadership, PMO transformation expertise, PMP certification, and international travel.

Owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application, including functional roadmap, configuration, integrations, governance, support, security, testing, releases, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, vendors, and distributed engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions, transition work internally, manage budgets and service quality, and improve reliability, audit readiness, and financial close support.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise logos across the UK for a managed SASE platform. Build pipeline via signal-led outbound, SDRs and partners; engage C-level security and network leaders; run full sales cycles with Sales Engineering support; maintain HubSpot hygiene and provide market feedback.
