Responsibilities include presenting products, preparing quotes, evaluating trades, coordinating financing and deliveries, managing CRM follow-up, maintaining product knowledge, building customer relationships, overseeing showroom inventory, and participating in boat shows and sales events. Requires strong communication, organization, leadership, customer engagement, and goal attainment skills.

Enters and maintains vendor information, provides administrative support to the accounting team, helps maintain a professional work environment, manages office supplies, and assists with special projects. This is a fully remote position involving primarily sedentary office work.
