Teams at OneWater Marine

Maintain and organize the outdoor lot for marine vehicles and equipment. Safely move, transport, inspect, receive, and prepare boats and trailers. Operate or learn to operate forklifts and other equipment, follow safety procedures, assist customers and team members, and report issues to management.

Assist customers through the full sales process for marine products using CRM tools; present products, prepare quotes, complete trade evaluations, close sales to meet targets, provide post-sale support, attend events and maintain sales paperwork.

Lead and maintain dealership lot operations, supervise and train lot associates, coordinate movement and safety of boats/trailers/vehicles, support sales and service deliveries, assist customers, manage inventory, and help execute events and boat shows.
