Assists customers throughout the boat sales process, from initial inquiries and product presentations through quoting, trade evaluations, financing coordination, and closing. Builds customer relationships, meets sales and margin goals, maintains product knowledge, completes sales paperwork, participates in boat shows and customer events, and provides post-sale support. Requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors by greeting guests, answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Provides administrative support, processes mail, maintains files, assists team members, and participates in boat shows and customer events. Requires strong communication, customer service, administrative, computer, and Microsoft Office skills in an indoor office environment.

Manages customer financing and ownership-transfer transactions, prepares and uploads deal documentation, secures loan approvals, and sells extended service products and insurance. The role ensures compliance with tax, credit, data, and vessel-transfer requirements while coordinating with Sales and Service teams. It requires strong customer service, negotiation, finance, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced office environment.
