Teams at OneWater Marine

Maintains a marine vehicle and equipment storage lot by organizing inventory, moving boats and equipment, inspecting for damage, preparing deliveries, receiving shipments, and supporting customers. Follows safety procedures, operates forklifts and other equipment, communicates with team members, and handles heavy objects in outdoor weather conditions.

Engage customers in the boat showroom, identify their needs, explain used boat features and pricing, follow up with leads, and support sales conversions. Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory organization while collaborating on promotional strategies and events. The role requires strong communication, customer service, sales, organizational, and teamwork skills. Marine industry knowledge, sales training, CRM familiarity, and Spanish fluency are preferred.

Executes financing and ownership-transfer paperwork, secures funding, and closes customer transactions. Presents and sells extended service products, insurance, and financing options while analyzing credit profiles, negotiating loan terms, overcoming objections, and maintaining profitability. Coordinates with Sales and Service departments, ensures compliance with tax, data privacy, and ownership-transfer requirements, and provides customer support throughout the process.
