Teams at OneWater Marine

Provide administrative support to the sales team: process orders, prepare quotes, manage customer inquiries, maintain CRM and sales records, coordinate with other departments, assist with boat presentations and boat show execution, and ensure timely, accurate sales documentation.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the marine lot. Move and transport boats, trailers, and equipment; inspect inventory for damage; assist with receiving, deliveries, and customer needs; follow safety protocols and maintain required equipment training/certifications.

Lead and maintain dealership lot operations, supervise and train lot associates, coordinate vehicle and boat movement, ensure safety and equipment readiness, support sales/service deliveries and events, and improve lot efficiency and inventory management.
