Teams at OneWater Marine

Assists customers throughout the marine sales process, from initial engagement through closing and post-sale support. Presents boat products and accessories, prepares quotes, evaluates trades, coordinates financing needs, maintains customer relationships, and meets sales and margin goals. Participates in boat shows, sales events, meetings, CRM activities, and required documentation while staying informed about marine products and industry trends.

Leads a boat sales team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include presenting products, preparing quotes, evaluating trades, coordinating financing and deliveries, managing CRM follow-up, maintaining product knowledge, building customer relationships, overseeing showroom inventory, and participating in boat shows and sales events. Requires strong communication, organization, leadership, customer engagement, and goal attainment skills.

Enters and maintains vendor information, provides administrative support to the accounting team, helps maintain a professional work environment, manages office supplies, and assists with special projects. The role requires organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, confidentiality, and general administrative and computer knowledge. This is a fully remote position involving primarily sedentary office work.
