Support mission assurance and continuity programs by conducting BIAs and BPAs, updating MEFs, developing and exercising continuity plans, advising on policy and operational readiness, and coordinating stakeholders for DoD/federal missions.

Manage and secure enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments on-premises and in AWS. Perform patching, backups, restores, tuning, automation, and vulnerability remediation. Build T-SQL and automation scripts, deploy using AWS services, support IaC (Ansible/Terraform), monitor performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain compliance and documentation for a national security customer.

Lead design, configuration, customization, and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions. Develop workflows, integrations (REST, MIF, OSLC), UI components, and automations. Support full application lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, ensure security/compliance, produce technical documentation, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise performance monitoring using Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, and automation. Build Jenkins-based automation, develop REST API integrations, instrument systems with Elastic Agent/APM, analyze performance across apps, OS, network, and endpoints, and support secure on-prem and cloud environments while documenting best practices.

Maintain and enhance React-based enterprise web applications supporting DoD business operations. Develop features, troubleshoot production issues, integrate with REST APIs, improve performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure secure, scalable, user-friendly solutions.
