Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, metadata repositories, data catalogs, and governance solutions. Responsibilities include data integration, modeling, lineage, quality monitoring, cloud data platform engineering, automation, and support for analytics and AI/ML workloads. Partners with architects, analysts, scientists, governance teams, and business stakeholders to improve data discoverability, compliance, and self-service analytics.

Conduct malware analysis, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit analysis, and threat research. Analyze malicious software, operating systems, firmware, and applications; develop proof-of-concept tests, IOCs, YARA and Sigma rules, behavioral detections, and research tooling. Collaborate with incident response, threat intelligence, SOC, product security, and engineering teams, while producing technical reports and briefings.

Leads cyber threat intelligence and threat-warning operations supporting U.S. Army Reserve defensive cyberspace operations. Directs collection, all-source and OSINT analysis, intelligence requirements, reporting, fusion, and dissemination. Oversees threat intelligence reports, IOC packages, RFI responses, and trend products while coordinating support for incident response, threat hunting, detection, assessments, and exercises. Maintains production and security standards, leads CTI personnel, develops procedures, and provides training and analytic oversight.
