Architects and leads enterprise-scale data platforms supporting vector search, RAG, LLM applications, and Agentic AI for defense and intelligence clients. Establishes data quality, lineage, traceability, explainability, monitoring, and governance controls. Partners with engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and mission teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, stakeholder communication, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies.

Build, automate, secure, monitor, and operate scalable AWS-based big data platforms. Develop infrastructure as code, DevSecOps controls, CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, IAM configurations, automation scripts, and operational documentation. Troubleshoot performance, reliability, security, scalability, and cost issues while supporting AWS data services including S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, and Lambda. Collaborate with stakeholders, security, infrastructure, data engineering, and delivery teams to implement compliant cloud solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Develop and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms to detect financial crime using large-scale BSA/AML transaction data. Perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, validation, SQL analysis, visualization, and documentation using Python, R, PySpark, AWS, and related tools. Collaborate with investigators, compliance analysts, and technical stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into analytical solutions. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and full-time onsite work in Washington, DC.
