Manage monthly statutory remittances and annual tax filings, ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations, reconcile statutory GL accounts, liaise with tax consultants, maintain proof of remittances, advise Accounts Payable on WHT applicability, monitor WHT credit notes, and update compliance trackers.

Drive product adoption and onboarding through data-driven measurement, training materials, customer support escalation, cross-functional communication, documentation, and coordination of testing for new releases to improve customer outcomes.

Design and execute usability tests, analyze results for bugs or database impacts, report findings to the design team, engage clients to understand requirements, and contribute to design reviews.

Drive bulk FMCG sales (especially rice and oil) by leveraging Lagos market relationships and key players. Source and engage bulk buyers, close large orders, grow client accounts, and meet revenue targets.

Manage KYC and recovery team for lending operations: ensure timely KYC onboarding, digitize documentation, assess merchant creditworthiness, lead recovery efforts, produce MIS reports, design incentives and SOPs, and coordinate with functional teams.

Manage and grow distributor accounts: supervise stock planning and replenishment, monitor competitor activity, handle daily invoicing and reporting, manage warehouse and fleet teams, reconcile drivers and cash, maintain distributor relationships, and resolve distributor issues promptly.

Act as a technical customer success resource: reproduce and resolve customer tickets, perform API and SQL testing, collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure product stability and meet client requirements, and support maintenance, enhancements, and quality assurance across the SaaS platform.

Lead finance operations as a business partner across teams. Build and manage accounting, collections, payments to sellers, budgeting, reporting, audit readiness, and financial analysis. Drive payment product strategy, work with product/tech to build accounting platforms, monitor cash flow and supply chain costs, and set up metrics for evaluating profitability at brand, category, SKU, and customer levels.

Manage product categories in FMCG: source suppliers, negotiate margins and terms, expand assortments, forecast and report on category performance, build vendor relationships, and drive category growth and P&L.
