Build and manage the company’s Quality Management System, oversee product specifications and batch release decisions, manage deviations, non-conformances, CAPA, audits, complaints, and regulatory submissions, including Ghana FDA requirements. Train production, operations, and warehouse teams on quality standards and promote a strong quality culture across the business.

Own procurement, supplier management, inventory strategy, logistics, distribution, warehousing, and facilities operations. The role will implement Unleashed Software, establish inventory policies, document SOPs, improve operational processes, oversee warehouse staff and maintenance, and coordinate cross-functionally with production, quality, sales, marketing, and finance to support organizational growth.

Performs and documents quality control inspections, sampling, and testing from incoming materials through finished products. Conducts in-process checks, maintains retain samples, supports stability testing and deviation investigations, completes QC documentation, and maintains laboratory controls and equipment. Monitors GMP and hygiene compliance while coordinating with Production and providing accurate results for QA review and batch release.

Maintains operational master data, supports the Unleashed inventory and operations software rollout, documents SOPs and process maps, analyzes operational inefficiencies, builds production and warehouse dashboards, and coordinates data consistency across departments.

Lead and restructure manufacturing operations by managing production planning, output, costs, capacity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role oversees production performance, SOP and formula adherence, batch-record accuracy, QA coordination, equipment maintenance needs, and development of production staff. It also requires building scalable manufacturing processes aligned with sales demand, inventory, and capacity.

The role involves supporting HR functions, assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, training, and maintaining employee records, providing hands-on HR experience.

Provide high-level support to the CEO, manage complex scheduling, communicate with stakeholders, coordinate projects, and handle administrative tasks.
