Job
Summary
NAYA By Africa is looking for an
experienced Operations Manager to build and manage the operational systems that
keep production, warehousing, and distribution running smoothly. You'll own
procurement and supply planning, supplier management, inventory strategy,
logistics, and facilities — playing a central role in restructuring NAYA's
operations and building the systems needed to support growth.
Key
Responsibilities
● Develop
purchasing plans and manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance
● Establish
inventory policies (reorder points, safety stock) and oversee Warehouse &
Inventory Associates
● Coordinate
distribution and replenishment across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
channels
● Lead
implementation of Unleashed Software for inventory and operations
● Document
SOPs and drive continuous improvement across procurement, warehousing, and
facilities
● Oversee
facilities and preventive maintenance programmes
Requirements
Requirements
● Bachelor's
degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or
related field
● Minimum
5 years' relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, food,
or pharmaceuticals
● Experience
managing procurement, inventory, logistics, or operational systems (ERP/MRP
experience a plus)
● Strong
Excel and data-management skills; strong supplier negotiation experience

Skills Required

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals
- Experience managing procurement, inventory, logistics, or operational systems
- ERP/MRP experience
- Strong Excel and data-management skills
- Strong supplier negotiation experience
