Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, sales-oriented individual with expertise in social media management. The ideal candidate should be highly responsive, capable of handling calls and messages efficiently, and maintain excellent customer engagement promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow social media channels to drive sales and brand awareness.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls and messages.
  • Engage customers effectively to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Capture short videos for reel and the platforms - Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok

  • Stay updated on social media trend and incorporate relevant ideas into content and seeking approval before posting or sharing

  • Collaborate with your team to post new arrivals as part of the content package

  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and improve customer experience.
Any other duties assigned


Requirements
Qualifications:
  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, sales, or customer service.

  • Proven experience in social media management and sales.

  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions promptly.
