Provide technical support for direct sales of OMICRON products, deliver product presentations and demos, handle technical customer inquiries, run trainings and webinars, represent the company at trade fairs, and contribute to product development. Requires travel ~25-40%.

Develop and maintain a central data model, define its strategy and vision, consolidate stakeholder needs, support product owners with data requirements, document specifications for developers and QA, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Design, operate, and improve the engineering toolchain across the software lifecycle. Integrate and automate tools (CI/CD, runners/agents, VCS, test environments) and collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable DevOps platform solutions, ensuring quality, traceability, compliance, and standardization.
