Your role
- Manage and continuously improve ERP-supported business processes for Engineering Services & Product Servicing
- Translate business requirements into technical and organizational ERP solutions and contribute to projects involving relevant ERP and CRM process changes
- Coordinate user support, provide training, and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Develop, execute, and maintain ERP tests to support the successful deployment of new system releases
- Stay up to date with developments in our ERP system and its add-ons, identify new opportunities to support our business processes, and ensure alignment between ERP and CRM processes
