The role requires embedded systems, networking, real-time Linux, hardware, cross-compilation, and toolchain experience, along with collaboration and continuous learning.

Operate, maintain, configure, and continuously improve the Oracle Fusion HCM platform and related HR systems. Manage roles, permissions, users, workflows, reporting, integrations, releases, and change management. Analyze and implement HR requirements, monitor interfaces and background processes, resolve system issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate with HR stakeholders, key users, external partners, and internal teams.
