Own regional HR process improvement, Oracle Fusion HCM stabilization, system governance, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and people analytics. Support HR strategy localization across North and Latin America, train HR users, represent regional system requirements, and improve HR process automation. Partner with compensation stakeholders on salary bands, incentives, bonus frameworks, and annual reviews while providing operational support to HR Business Partners.

Leads and develops an international cybersecurity sales engineering team, providing technical direction, coaching, and process improvement. Oversees product demonstrations, proof-of-concept installations, solution designs, tenders, and customer implementations. Partners with sales teams, channel partners, product management, and customers to translate technical needs into solutions and product improvements. Represents OT cybersecurity expertise at industry events and travels internationally up to 20% of the time.

Manage and continuously improve ERP-supported business processes for engineering services and product servicing. Translate business needs into ERP and CRM solutions, coordinate user support and training, maintain documentation, develop system tests, and support new releases. Identify process improvement opportunities, maintain alignment between ERP and CRM systems, and contribute to related projects.
