Teams at OMICRON

Design, modify, and optimize digital electronics for industrial products; evaluate components, troubleshoot product issues, participate in design reviews, and support transition of hardware into high-volume production.

Provide pre- and post-sales customer support, prepare quotations and tenders, assist the Area Sales Manager, target new leads, organize product demos and follow-ups, support events/fairs, maintain CRM, perform general office tasks and team backup.

Provide technical support and application engineering for OMICRON test equipment: assist customers with product integration, diagnose applications, perform on-site measurements and trainings, advocate customer needs, support sales at conferences (≈25% travel), and document market requirements to inform product development.
