Build automated AI content workflows using platforms such as Make.com, n8n, and Zapier. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams while researching emerging AI tools and technologies.

Develop and optimize SEO and advertising initiatives through keyword research, competitor analysis, technical and on-page SEO, link building, and performance reporting. Create visual content, social media graphics, branding assets, and explainer videos using modern and AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with marketing and management teams, manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and stay current with SEO algorithms, design trends, and AI innovations.

Counsel students and parents on study abroad programs, university admissions, and student visa requirements. Prepare and review visa documentation, monitor embassy regulations, coordinate with universities and stakeholders, support visa interview preparation, manage application records and follow-ups, and achieve admission and visa approval targets.

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, resolve product and account issues, provide recommendations and ordering assistance, document interactions in the CRM, follow up on resolutions, meet service standards, manage multiple chats, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience.

Develops and executes automated tests for web applications and AI-powered features. Supports basic computer operations, report delivery, data entry, documentation, email drafting, communication, reporting, and coordination tasks. The role is open to B.Tech students from any branch, including freshers, and requires strong English skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, create platform-specific content, support digital marketing campaigns, and monitor campaign performance. Responsibilities include content creation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, analytics, reporting, and tracking digital trends. The role requires strong communication, creativity, and writing skills, with familiarity in Google Analytics and design tools such as Canva or Photoshop considered advantageous.
