About the Role
We are looking for a Visa Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in assisting students with study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of student visa application processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide students through their overseas education journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about study abroad programs, courses, universities, and visa requirements.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing visa documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, embassy regulations, and international education policies.
- Coordinate with universities and external stakeholders for admission and visa processing.
- Handle student queries related to application, visa interview preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of student applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for visa approvals and student admissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Management, or related).
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Visa Consultant in a study abroad/immigration consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of student visa processes for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
